According to the Oxford Dictionary, Echo (noun), refers to repeated sound that is caused by the reflection of sound waves from a surface. The sound is heard more than once because of the time difference between the initial production of the sound waves and their return from the reflecting surface.

The same applies to lifelong learning. Each encounter on the same subject matter can evoke different sounds i.e. learning outcomes. This book offers insights based on hindsight – reflections on life lessons; “why didn’t we think of that?” or “wished we knew that then”.

The book comprises 3 sections
Section 1: Developing Personal Effectiveness
Section 2: Relating to Others
Section 3: Managing Business
